The first stage of construction: foundation construction. We offer two types of frame house foundations. The strip foundation is a monolithic concrete foundation, which is poured under the load-bearing outer and inner walls. Pile foundation. Piles are driven into the ground and have the function of supporting the features of the house and the corners and crossbars. The advantage of piles is that they can be used on difficult soils – clay, with a slope. Piled houses stand as firmly as on concrete foundations.
The second stage of construction: assembly of frame walls. The frame is sheathed from the outside with various materials: house blocks, lining, cladding. Insulation with a vapor barrier is placed inside.
The third stage of construction: roofing. Roofing begins with a rafter system. After installation, the roof frame is insulated. The roof filling consists of the same layers as the wall.
Fourth stage of construction: flooring.
The fifth stage of construction: decoration of the house. At this stage, the interior and exterior decoration of the frame house is completed.
